Paul Stubbs : Managing Director

I love my job and I love working in this industry, with over 20 years experience, working for some of the UK’s leading data specialists I started working for a BPO based in the UK and India where I got involved in call centre expansion and set up. After only 3 years working in the contact centre arena, I joined bvocal as a share holder & Sales Director, in February 2011 I was appointed by the board as Managing Director. The company has grown from 8 staff when I joined to over 60 today and we anticipate filling all 120 seats by the winter of 2011. Our parent company Wheeldon brothers has acquired land where there is the opportunity to build a new Call centre with capacity of 400 FTE if required. My goal is for bvocal to become a major employer in the town and we have access to capital resources to expand the business with another site in Europe over the next 3 years.

Vicky Drew : Commercial Director

I started with the company in its infancy over 12 years ago and have been integral to the company’s growth from a very small organisation to where it stands today. I first started with the company as Admin Manager and worked my way up to Operations Manager, where I held that post for over 5 years learning the fundamentals of the business, in 2007 I was appointed Director and also became a share holder. My enthusiasm, and passion for success, drives me to ensure that bvocal delivers to is clients both a successful but profitable partnership.

Paul Taylor : Call Centre Manager

I was first introduced into Telemarketing whilst working in Australia and fell in love with the atmosphere and the buzz that a call centre generates. Upon my return I started as a call agent for a local company, and after 5 years of hard work and determination made Operations Manager, responsible for over 100 staff. I joined bvocal because I want to help build a company that prides itself on achieving its clients expectations and as call centre manager I know I can achieve this. Since I joined bvocal I have never looked back and the job role brings fresh and exciting challenges.

Peter Parkin : Chairman

I became Chairman of bvocal in 2010 and majority shareholder in 2011. My background for the last 40 years has been mainly in construction having set up my own company Wheeldon brothers in 1973, a private house-building company, where I am now Chairman and my son James is Managing Director. I also sit on the board as Non-Executive Director of VP plc, and have previously been Chairman and Chief Executive of Raine plc. I am also Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
