bvocal uses the latest 'Cloud based' technology, all data is managed and monitored 24/7/365 through an off site, secure data centre environment.

Our telephony is fully managed, monitored and backed-up within world class N+1 datacentres and further protected via triplicate datacentre environments connected by high speed and highly resilient under-ground dark fibre network within the City of London and Canary Wharf. The application and data are further managed within an N+1 datacentre within Bristol for further geographical dispersion. All backed-up data is also stored off-site in various locations by Iron Mountain.

Carrier connections are provided by 5 separate telco providers for additional resilience. The use of a virtualised carrier connected datacentres also provides a significant line capacity which is many multiples of that which could be commercially viable within a single site. If services were lost within the main bvocal site we could divert calls instantly to alternative locations, or even instigate an interim "work from home" solution”
